Competitions

The ACT Showjumping Club conducts formal competition days, both official and unofficial, on a reguler basis. Most competitions, including the Canberra Classic, are held at Equestrian Park, Cotter Road, Yarralumla. The ACT Showjumping Titles are usually held at Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC), Mitchell. Events are advertised in the Club's newsletter, Related Line, and on this website. Major events such as the Canberra Classic and ACT Showjumping Titles are also advertised on the New South Wales Showjumping Council's website - www.nswsjc.com .

As well as conducting showjumping competitions on its own behalf, the ACT Showjumping Club assists other equestrian organisations to conduct competitions. The Club regularly assists the National Capital Horse Trials Association to run the showjumping phase of One Day Events held in the region. The Club also assists the Royal National Capital Agricultural Society by running the showjumping program at the Canberra Royal Show. It has also assisted Pegasus Riding for the Disabled, the Queanbeyan Show Society and local pony clubs.
